The Hotel Splendide in Crans-Montana exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect - situated right in the middle of both Montana and Crans, making it easy to explore both resorts. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Lastly, the rooms with a view were absolutely breathtaking. I loved waking up to the stunning scenery of the mountains every morning.
Absolutely nothing to complain about. Everything at this hotel was perfect.

This hotel is located in a peaceful area, on a street with no noise coming in. it is close to the main square of the city and to the main pedestrian walkway. Some of the rooms offer breathtaking views of the Swiss Alps and the bathroom facilities are well-equipped. the staff was helpful, and the breakfast was good, served in silverware.
The building might look a bit old-fashioned compared to other hotels in the area.

The hotel had a stunning view of the Alps, I was captivated by the beauty of nature that went on for miles! The homemade food was delicious as well, it was just like being at home. I liked how easy it was to find the hotel as it was located right in the middle of both hotel resorts. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome, which is always a major plus for me. Lastly, it was convenient that the hotel offered a shuttle service for when I needed to go somewhere.
The decor of the hotel wasn't my specific taste, I'm more into contemporary design style with monochrome colors. Another aspect I disliked was that some of the staff were a bit snappy when they were working, but I was able to get a smile out of them after I talked with them for a bit.

Spent a magical Xmas with my family at this cozy family, run hotel. the homemade food served during the Xmas dinner was a standout. We enjoyed a variety of traditional dishes and even some regional specialties. the friendly staff accommodated us with a particular request we had, to have our meal served in a separate room. the hotel's location is key, nestled between two quaint towns, which made our day trips easier to plan. We were pleased to find out that the hotel also provided a free shuttle service to the nearby ski resort. Lastly, the well, kept rooms maintained that cozy feeling with its homemade bedspreads and rugs.
Our only complaint was the slow wifi connection in our room, which took some effort to get connected. Though the staff was helpful, we would have appreciated it if they had shared that information upon check, in, to save us the trouble.
